We are pleased to inform you that all our products are stored at our Gold Coast facility. Once your payment has been received, we will process your order and ship your items within 1-2 business days using Australian Post standard delivery which is estimated to be delivered in 2-4 business days.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Factors such as postal delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times.

To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
